First try at rolling sushi.

First time rolling sushi or makizushi. The rice is extra fancy Botan brand calrose rice. Cleaned rice let it soak for 30min then cooked in a Tiger rice cooker. While the rice was cooking I heated up 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, half tablespoon of sugar and half teaspoon of salt until ingredients were blended together. This is for one cup of rice. After rice was cooked I mixed in vinegar blend and fan dried for ten minutes. The roll is a California roll.
