A simple way to cook a family dinner

If you're a busy day or stressful, I was at work, is the last thing to do to prepare a meal for a long time, if you spend at home. Here are some ideas and suggestions for a quick and easy main meals: --

1.Pasta - the pasta is cooked in 10 minutes and is therefore ideal for a quick main meal. Ragu is easy to make - fry an onion with the garlic, add mince and brown, stir in chopped tomatoes or past and add mixed herbs or oregano. Bake for 15-20 minutes and serve. Youalso add vegetables to the sauce - mushrooms, peppers, corn, whatever your mood. Red is also a great addition to the sauce.
