If you're a busy day or stressful, I was at work, is the last thing to do to prepare a meal for a long time, if you spend at home. Here are some ideas and suggestions for a quick and easy main meals: --

1.Pasta - the pasta is cooked in 10 minutes and is therefore ideal for a quick main meal.
