This basket-style rack fits perfectly within Chef's Design's 16-1/2-inch oval covered roaster but is also compatible with other roasters of a similar shape and size. Measuring 16-1/2 inches long and 11-1/4 inches wide, the roaster can support an average-sized turkey or roast beef. High 3-1/4-inch sides keep roasts fully contained for moist-heat cooking methods, such as braising or poaching. Made of sturdy steel wire, the rack won't bend under the weight of a heavy roast and raised handles make it simple to remove from a pan.
